-Nutrition Only- Create new healthy eating habits using our simplified approach. No shakes or meal replacements to buy, just real food!


-Fitness Only- Circuit based 45min Boot Camp workouts suitable for any fitness level.

Getting started is easy

Choose Your Program

Choose & complete registration for New You Kick-Start (Fitness + Nutrition, Nutrition Only, or Fitness Only). Nutrition programs will prompt you to schedule your initial body composition measurement w/ nutrition coach.








Get Started with Your New Plan


Nutrition programs: attend nutrition kick-off presentation to learn the basics and get all of your questions answered on Sat Jan 8, 10:30am (recording available if you are unable to attend).

Fitness Programs: attend Boot Camp classes Tues & Thurs at 7:30pm to get your workout on!


Get Ready to See Amazing Results!


Nutrition Programs:

In-person meeting with nutrition coach at 6 weeks to update your measurements and InBody scans.
